How The Program Works
Six months of intensive learning, starting September 2025. Each phase builds on the last, taking you from franchise basics to sophisticated business analysis.
Foundation Phase
Franchise law fundamentals, disclosure document analysis, and territory mapping. You'll dissect real FDDs from major Australian brands and understand what makes a franchise system work—or fail.
6 weeksFinancial Analysis
Cash flow modeling, ROI calculations, and risk assessment. We use actual franchise financial performance data to teach you what banks and investors really look for.
8 weeksOperations Deep Dive
Supply chain management, training systems, and quality control. Guest speakers include franchise owners who share what they wish they'd known before signing.
6 weeksCapstone Project
Present a complete franchise investment proposal to a panel of industry professionals. This becomes part of your portfolio for future opportunities.
